Abstract: The stability of the mathematical model of immunology proposed by G. I. Marchuk and describing the body's response to external influences is investigated. A generalization of the simplest model of immunology is given, which consists in the fact that its parameters depend on time. The criteria of stability and asymptotic stability of the model are obtained.
