Abstract:
The evolution of the terms of an impurity molecular ion $D^-_2$ in a quantum dot with a parabolic confinement potential with a change in external electric and magnetic fields is investigated by the method of the zero-radius potential in the approximation of the effective mass. It is shown that an external magnetic field stabilizes the $D^-_2$ state, and an external electric field initiates the degeneration of the terms of the $D^-_2$ center at a quantum dot.
