Spin-hybrid-phonon resonances in a quantum channel

V. V. Karpunin, V. A. Margulis

N. P. Ogarev Mordovian State University, Saransk
References:
Abstract: The absorption coefficient of electromagnetic radiation by conduction electrons of a parabolic quantum channel located in a magnetic field is investigated. Resonant transitions between discrete levels occurring during the electron spin reversal due to interaction with the lattice are considered. The shape and position of the resonance curve are investigated.
