Numerical solution of a volumetric singular integral equation by the collocation method

Abstract:
Numerical collocation method for solving singular integro-differential equation on dielectric body located in rectangular waveguide is considered. Inverse electromagnetic boundary value problem for determination of effective permittivity of the body is also considered. The formulas of matrix coefficients for collocation method are presented. Numerical results for solution of singular integro-differential equation by collocation method as well as numerical results for determination of effective permittivity of the body in waveguide are presented.
