Abstract:
The mathematical modeling of diffraction of electromagnetic wave on the 3D photonic crystal structure was done using the decomposition method on autonomous blocks with Floquet channels. The results of electrodynamic calculation of transmission coefficient of optical radiation through the 3D opal-based photonic crystal structure depending on the frequency for different thickness of photonic crystal.
