Abstract:
$D^{(-)}$-states in the quantum channel under influence of transversal magnetic field have been considered. In the framework of the zero-range-potential model in the effective mass approximation an equation that determines the dependence of the $D^{(-)}$-state binding energy on the structure potential parameters, the $D^{(-)}$-center coordinates and on the magnetic field value, has been derived. It has been shown that the spatial anisotropy for the $D^{(-)}$-state binding energy is realized in the quantum channel. The high sensitivity of $D^{(-)}$-state binding energy to the magnetic field value in y-direction of the quantum channel is also revealed.
Keywords:
