Abstract:
The authors have carried out mathematical modeling of diffraction of electromagnetic wave on the 3D-photonic crystal structure using the decomposition method of autonomous blocks with Floquet channels. The article adduces the results of electrodynamic calculation of the coefficient of optical radiation transmission through the 3D-opal-based photonic crystal structure depending on the frequency at different thickness of a photonic crystal.
