Abstract:
The authors have carried out theoretical investigation of electric field influence on $2D$–tunneling in a quantum molecule (or parallel interacting quantum molecules) in a heat - bath of the metamaterial matrix (with efficiently negative permittivity) under finite temperature. It is shown that the stable $2D$–bifurcations in such matrix are realized in narrower region of parameters in comparison with the case of usual dielectric matrixes.
Keywords:
tunnel bifurcations, metamaterials.
