Abstract:
The article theoretically investigates the influence of temperature, external electric field and dielectric matrix on 2D tunnel bifurcations in a system of AFM/STM - metallic QD or in a quantum molecule. The article also shows a phase diagram compiled to diplay the tunnel mode changes for above-mentioned controlling parameters. It has been revealed, that the impact of 2D tunnel bifurcations can be observed for experimentally realizable values of relative dielectric permittivity of the heat - bath matrix.
Keywords:
2D tunnel bifurcation, theory of dissipative tunneling, quantum molecule, system of AFM/STM.
