Abstract:
The article investigates influence of the dissipative tunneling parameters on mean binding energy for quasi-stationary $D^{(-)}$-states as well as on the width of impure level and photo-ionization spectra in quantum molecule. The investigation is carried out according to the theory of quantum tunneling with dissipation by the method of zero-range potential.
Keywords:
quantum dots, quantum molecule, dissipative tunneling, frequency of phonon mode, constant of interaction with a heat-bath, quasi - stationary $D^{(-)}$-state.
