Abstract: The article considers conditionts influencing polycondensation in sol-gel processes. The authors have revealed a correlation between film surface morphology and their synthesis conditions. It is suggested to investigate sol and film solution on their basis by infrared Fourier spectroscopy.
Keywords: sol-gel technology, percolation, gas sensor, infrared Fourier spectroscopy.
