Investigation of the polarization distribution in ferroelectric crystals based on the solution of the inverse pyroelectric effect problem

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the mathematical simulation of pyrocoefficient distribution throughout the thickness of a ferroelectric crystal. The simulation results based on the experimental data and calculated value of thermal field are presented. The problem is being solved using Tikhonov method of regularization for Fredholm integral equation of the first type.
