Abstract: The article considers a method of spray pyrolysis in formation of nanocrystalline SnO$_2$ films for sensor microsystems. The authors discover the correlation between the synthesis conditions and SnO$_2$ crystallite size.
Keywords: spray pyrolysis, stannic oxide, gaz sensor, sensitivity, crystallite.
