Determination of energy parameters of electronic states in semiconductor carbon nanotubes

Abstract:
The article investigates a current – voltage characteristic of the semiconductor carbon nanotube. Expressions are found for the concentration of electrons (or holes) and the density of states in the conduction band (valence band) for the semiconductor carbon nanotube. The authors determined parameters of the local states energies relative to the Fermi level.
