The problem of diffraction of electromagnetic TE waves on a nonlinear layer

D. V. Valovik, E. R. Ergasheva

Penza State University, Penza
References:
Abstract: The article considers a boundary diffraction problem of a TE wave on a nonlinear layer. The nonlinearity in the layer is described by Kerr law. A numerical method to solve the problem is suggested and proved. Results. of numerical calculations are given.
Keywords: Maxwell’s equations, diffraction problem, TE waves, Kerr nonlinearity.
