Abstract: The article investigates a reason of continuous generation of two wave lengths of 1064.15 and 1061.5 nm in the Nd:YAG-laser with diode laser pumping. The authors have determined the conditions of continuous simultaneous generation at these lines (crystal birefringence and orthogonality of the pumping radiation polarization surface to the laser radiation). It is shown that the appearance of regeneration at 1064,7 and 1061,7 nm lines is related to the conditions of upper laser level filling and caused by the contribution of relaxation transitions between these levels.
Keywords: birefringent, YAG:Nd-laser, polarization.
