Doubly periodic problem on a jump for linear elliptic second order equation with constant coefficients

Abstract:
For homogneous differential equation of the second order with constant coefficients we investigate boundary-value problem of finding the doubly periodic solutions for a given jump, and for their derivatives on smooth and nonrectifiable closed contour. We obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem and explicit formulas for its solving.
