New features of stability of linear systems of differential equations with constant coefficients

Abstract:
We consider stability for linear systems of differential equations with real constant coefficients whose matrices are off-diagonal non-negative. The results are applied to arbitrary linear systems of differential equations with complex constant coefficients.
