Abstract: Studies of heat-resistant alloys based on molybdenum-titanium with the addition of carbon and wolfram by X-ray diffraction, neutron diffraction, and small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) methods at the IN-06 source of the Institute of Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences are described. Additionally, surface research by scanning electron microscopy was carried out. The specific and residual resistivity of these alloys in the temperature range from 10K to 300K were examined. The structure and phase volume composition by the Rietveld method were specified. The amount of nanoparticles in the sample volume was compared with the alloy based on 40XNU. It is demonstrated that the addition of tungsten to the alloy increases the homogeneity and hardness of the alloy.
Keywords: heat-resistant alloys, molybdenum-based alloy, specific electrical resistance, residual resistance, scanning electron spectroscopy.
