Abstract: The article is devoted to the opening of the new constants of the inverse of the speed of light. The article describes attitude of mutual dependence between the opening mechanism of the interaction force between two point charges located in vacuum and strength of the source of electric charge passing through the cross-section of the conductor, as well as the speed of the movement of electrical charge in the given point.
