New ro-vibration analysis of the ground state ethylene molecule

Abstract:
The article describes the results of high-precision ro-vibrational analysis of the ethylene molecule. Several studies strongly interacting states in the range of 800 - 1200 см$^{-1}$ have been performed. These studies have enabled us to significantly improve the information on the ground vibrational state.
