Abstract: The preprint of the Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics, Russian Academy of Sciences. Computing and Information system NetLab oriented to chemistry and related fields is discussed. The consideration concerns principles of system design; description of base modules; user interface for submitting and performinf computing via Internet; the langiage of molecular object manipulation COSMOS.
