Two-dimensional modeling of dynamics of thermo-emission’ electrons in no electronegative gas

V. V. Rusanov, V. P. Silakov, A. V. Chebotarev
Abstract: In two-dimensional geometry the researches of dynamics of space-time drift-diffusion distributions of a bulk negative charge and electric field strength, created due to emission of electrons from a surface of solid bodies are carried out. The characteristic sizes and inertial properties of the negatively charged layers at a surface of a plate (of the final sizes) in no electronegative gas are determined.
