Abstract: Information technologies and Internet materially affect to education system and to base skills acquired at school. What is the new literacy? What does it mean ‘to read’ and ‘to write’ in Internet? Does the modern school teach the new literacy? How does Internet getting its place in Moscow schools? Those are the questions under consideration.
