Abstract:
The main purpose of using factor analysis in clinical toxicology is classification of investigated set of clinical-laboratory parameters by various variants of pathological process as a result of factor matrix. In this work by method of factor analysis inter-systems connections are investigated which arise in the human organism as a reaction on the chemical trauma by acute poisonings with three main groups of chemical substances — psychopharmacological substances, cauterizing liquids and drugs in the exo- and andotoxicosis stages. For the evaluating of factor matrix the centroid method is used as a most simple and easily understood for physicians among the methods of this direction. It's shown that the basis of centroid method algorithm is solution of 1D problem and it is the method of precise solution of fundamental equation of facror analysis. The results are received on the base of information about more than the 300 patients who were treated at Poisonings' Centre of N. V. Sklifosovsky Emergency Medical Aid Scientific Research Institute.
