Research of the ionization front structure in the quasi-steady plasma accelerator

Abstract:
The theoretical approach in research of the ionizing gas flow with formation of the ionization front in the channel of the plasma accelerator is presented. The MHD-equations added by the ionization and recombination kinetics equation lay in a basis of research. As a result of research the structure of the stationary nonequilibrium ionization front is revealed.
