Abstract: The use of modified VST-SKV method and fuzzy sets for forming the PTK structure for ASUTP on the base of fuzzy expert estimations of single components is given at this work. Hereby the general theory was reviewed and it was given a concrete example of PTK SM1820M forming for ASUTP.
