Model of competetion

Abstract: The model of two firms competition is considered. It is shown, that the competing firms cannot coexist without non-economical regulation measures.
The innovations and their introduction to the market are discussed. The model proposed corresponds to the Schumpeter's model of competition of “innovators” and “conservatives”.
The competition of the producers and importers is also discussed.
