Change of the paradigm in the traffic flow theory

V. V. Semyonov
Abstract: The analysis of theoretical approaches to construction of traffic flow models from the point of view of the theory of development of scientific representations (TRNP) and problems connected with discrepancy of modeling and empirical researches results, has allowed to reveal lacks of existing approaches and to offer a new paradigm within the limits of which construction in a greater measure of mathematical models corresponding a reality for studying behavior of traffic flows in modern conditions is possible. The example of the mathematical model constructed within the limits of again put forward paradigm is resulted.
