Shilnikov's chaos in the Rosenzweig–Macarthur system

Abstract: This work reviews one of the chaotic modes (Shilnikov's chaos) in the singularly perturbed system of three differential equations, known as the Rosenzweig–Macarthur tritrophic food chain model. A special attention is paid to the appearing of the strange attractor in this model.
