Analytical model of STM tip grinding in electrochemical process

Abstract: Mathematical model for grinding of STM probe in electrochemical process is proposed. Stationary solutions for some important cases are analytically found. Results show that smallest radius of probe tip can be got by use of conical billet with minimal apical angle.
