The Digest contains extended abstracts of the papers presented by graduated and PhD students of the Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology at the 3rd International Workshop “Small Satellite Motion Control” held on 10–11 of April, 2007 at the Lomonosov MSU. The Workshop was co-chaired by V. V. Alexandrov and M. Yu. Ovchinnikov. It is the next in a set of other previous Workshops with the similar content and goals co-chaired by F. Graziani and A. Guerman together with persons above (1st Workshop “Small Satellite Motion Control” on 7th of December, 2005 and 2nd Workshop “Small Satellite Motion Control” on 1st of July, 2004 both held at KIAM RAS, Workshop “University Satellites in Italy” at the Roma University “La Sapienza”, Italy on 27th of July, 2005 and 1st Workshop “Spaceflight Mechanics and Control” on 9–11th of October, 2006, 2nd Workshop “Spaceflight Mechanics and Education” on 14–16th of September, 2005 both held at the University Beira Interior, Covilha, Portugal). Papers presented are devoted to the microsatellite dynamics analysis, attitude motion determination and control algorithms synthesis, computer and laboratory testing of the control quality, participation in microsatellite project development and flight data processing, development of the laboratory facilities to carry out experiments.
