Detection of different phases of adaptation to high intensity exercises by athletes

I. A. Esselevich
References:
Abstract: Adaptation processes to high intensity exercises in humans are considered. Investigation is based on the data of the Russian Football Premier League players testing. Model of the individual normative of the oxygen consumption during exercise with incremental rising power is constructed. The “zones” model is offered. This model reflects dominant processes switches during transition to more intensive work.
