Modeling of the stress-strain state of the crystal grown by Bridgman method

References:
Abstract: The thermal stress in single crystal grown by Bridgman method is studied. The corresponding quasi-static problem of deformable solid mechanics is considered in axisymmetric case. The governing equations are approximated by finite element method. The effect of boundary conditions and material parameters on the stress-strain state of the single crystal is studied numerically.
