The theory of controlling solutions of linear difference schemes in composite regions

The mathematical theory to control the solutions of systems of linear difference equation in composite regions is considered. The theory suggested by author is oriented to be mathematical model of technical devices for controlling the sound, particularly, protect the given subregion (“the room with open window”) against external (“street”) noise.
