THERMOS: Simulation of non-stationary neon plasma

Abstract:
The THERMOS toolkit was improved by a module for calculating the properties of the non-stationary plasma. Using it, a low-density photoionized neon plasma obtained in experiments [1] was simulated. Calculations of the ion populations, the rates of elementary processes, and the radiation spectra were compared with the results obtained by other scientific groups.
