Abstract:
The main provisions of the new applied science — digital nutrition — are formulated. The research methods and models that can be used as a basis for computational algorithms in this area are discussed. The relationship between nutrition and life expectancy is considered. We study the accuracy of source data, empirical dependencies, and computational procedures. The mathematical model for calculating the composition and values of portions of the optimal menu is analyzed, depending on the anthropometric characteristics of the user.
Keywords:
