Development of the common classification for hazards events in the near-Earth space

Abstract:
The practical experience of KIAM RAS on the analysis of dangerous situations in near-Earth space, including mathematical problems of conjunction assessment, detection of potentially hazardous asteroids is summarized. The necessity of developing a classifier of dangerous situations in the near-Earth space is justified. The parts of the classifier are presented in the form of separate blocks.
