Abstract:
In the beginning 1970 academician M. V. Keldysh believe that management should become the main goal in using computers. Development in IT sector and management systems outlined this opinion. Now on the first plan we can see and organization and management of complex social-technology systems, risk management, future management, management of information flow, management of reflection processes, self-organization. Existing systems and systems that are now being created rests upon self-organization, modeling and future management. This require involvement concepts from theory of self-organization — synergy. This article deals with “Experimental stand of Complex system of science monitoring of dangerous phenomena and processes in nature, anthropogenic and society”. This stand turned out to be a universal system, which can work as a management tool for regions, industrial sectors and federal government. All these opportunities discussed here.
