Determination of individual parameters of binary solution components: data approximation by a rational function

Abstract:
Several algorithms for approximation of experimental data by a rational function are considered in the problem of searching for individual parameters of the components entering into double liquid stratifying mixtures. The implementation of one of the considered algorithms is described. To minimize the error functional, the nonlinear least squares method is used. A method of successive approximations is proposed. The multipoint Pade approximation is used as a zero approximation. The numerical results of applying this approximation algorithm for several binary solutions are given.
