T. A. Polilova
Abstract:
Open access to the scientific online archive implies the possibility to access the full texts of articles free of charge. At the same time, open access should not violate copyright. Open licenses are becoming the norm for Internet users. Some examples of the use of open licenses demonstrate how the sites of large Internet projects inform visitors about the possibilities and limitations in the use of materials.
