Evolution of the Fortran language. Decremental features of the language and means for their replacement

Abstract: The principal new features of modern Fortran are listed. Evolutional conception of Fortran development is considered. The obsolescent and deleted features are listed. Rationale concerning replacement the features by modern Fortran elements are given.
