Designing of Future and Modernization of Russia

Abstract: We consider imperatives of Russia modernization, that results from system analysis and mathematical modeling. This work is carried out in RAS Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics since 2009 in the framework of the project “Complex system analysis an mathematical modeling of the world dynamics” of the program of RAS Presidium “Economics and sociology of knowledge”. This preprint explicitly and simply presents the point of view of researchers working out the project and some results of this investigation.
