Conceptual base of a supercomputer platform of application-oriented simulation, prediction and expertizes of conflict interaction

Abstract:
The problem of creation of the supercomputer platform of application-oriented simulation (SPAS) of processes of conflict interaction of difficult systems in the conditions of high uncertainty is discussed for the benefit of safety of crucial objects. Integrated SPAS is active dynamic system that provides operational control of conflict situations in the system through the integration of the means of processing large volumes of operational information and technology urgently calculations. Functional components of SPAS implements a strategy simulation and dynamic visualization for the development of management decisions in the framework of a competition principle.
