Calculations of supersonic flow past wedge-shaped plates in a channel

Abstract:
A numerical simulation of the physical experiments (TSAGI) for supersonic flow without combustion in a rectangular channel with an inner plate of variable geometry was performed. In frame of two-dimensional planar approximation software package OpenFOAM was used for gas-dynamic calculations with various turbulence models. The possibility of multiple numerical solutions of the stationary problem is discussed.
