Acceleration of multi image building recognition algorithm using image preprocessing

Abstract: In the paper the task of detection and reconstruction of buildings on aero images is described. Standard methods, which are based on line matching, are very time consuming. We propose to do an image preprocessing by analyzing straight line geometry before applying one of standard methods. In this way a main algorithm will process much less data and finally building reconstruction will be done faster.
