Yu. V. Gaidamaka, E. R. Zaripova, Yu. N. Orlov
Abstract:
In this paper the model of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) server as queuing system with batch arrivals of requests and working vacations is investigated, the formulas for average queue length and average waiting time depending on the system load are proposed. The impact of the batch size distribution on these characteristics is obtained and analyzed.
Keywords:
queueing system, vacation, batch arrivals, time series, sample identification, distribution function, norm, sample length.
