Prospective method of critical technologies

Abstract: We offer a new approach to the determination of critical technologies and to the use of them as a tool directing scientific and technical development. This approach bases not only on foresight and usage of expert knowledge, but also on computer simulations, methods of future designing and a number of cognitive technologies.
