Method for initial determining Earth satellites orbits on base of three angular observations
A. S. Samotokhin, Z. N. Khutorovsky
Abstract:
Method for initial determining Earth satellites orbits on base of three angular observations is considered. Proposed method allows detecting orbit parameters when the angular separation between observations exceeds 180 degrees. The method is intended for detection not catalogued space objects on base of the optical observations.
Keywords:
orbit determination, space debris, Gauss method, triangulation.
