On Theory of Normal Operators Weak Perturbations

E. A. Larionov, E. M. Zveriaev, T. S. Aleroev
References:
Abstract: Work is devoted to the study of operators arising under perturbation of normal operators with the discrete spectrum and associated operator bundles. M. V. Keldysh was the first who investigated the spectral properties of these operators. He established the completeness of the root vectors system and the eigenvalues distribution. The system basis property and root vectors and eigenvalues localization for the operators are established.
Keywords: Keldysh operator, eigenvalues distribution, basis property.
